PayPal Payments: Payments will appear on your statement as “CAPITALVBAL” or “CAPITAL VBALL CLUB” Note: PayPal charges Capital Volleyball both a service charge and a transaction fee for use of their services. To cover these fees, a ‘shipping and handling’ charge will appear on your payment page. The charge will automatically calculate at the 3.1% rate when you enter your zip code and will be included in your final payment amount. This charge occurs every time PayPal is used and is only meant to cover the fees charged by PayPal. Capital does not add a convenience fee.
